In this Store Manager role, report directly to the Regional Manager while managing day-to-day operations of the cannabis retail store. You will be instrumental in developing staff, controlling costs, and achieving sales targets. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in enhancing public engagement with cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead retail operations to meet sales goals

• Ensure high-quality customer service and education

• Review and analyze store budget and reports

• Hire and train staff to maintain store standards

• Engage in all essential store duties as required

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• At least three years of relevant retail management experience

• Background in customer service and asset management

• Preference for candidates with business or cannabis education

• Experience in government or unionized settings is a plus
