• Model exceptional customer service behaviors at all times

• Assist in operational functions and support management

• Coach and develop associates on service fundamentals

• Collaborate on action plans to optimize store results

• Perform opening and closing procedures with precision

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury experience a plus

• Proven capability to lead a sales team

• Familiarity with POS systems and banking procedures

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
