At Mark’s, the Back of House Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing inventory accuracy and execution. Your responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound shipments and ensuring seamless product replenishment. This position also involves leading part-time employees and ensuring high standards are met within the store's backroom and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan incoming shipments and manage shipping logs

• Lead part-time staff to execute store tasks

• Process eCommerce orders and coordinate courier transactions

• Maintain inventory accuracy during transfers and consolidations

• Support store presentation and seasonal changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months retail experience

• Ability to train and mentor team members

• Proven daily planning and management skills

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Computer literacy is a plus
