We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll support the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, leading the team, and keeping the store performing at its best.

This is a great opportunity if you have retail experience and are ready to grow into a leadership position.

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver great customer experiences
• Coach and support team members to help them succeed
• Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and store organization
  
  Maintain strong visual merchandising and store standards
• Step in to handle customer questions or concerns

• Previous retail experience (leadership experience is a bonus)
  Confident, positive, and team-focused attitude
  
  Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  Ability to motivate and support a team Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
