YMCA Membership Sales Ambassador

Support membership sales at the Prince George Family YMCA using customer service, facility tours, and needs assessment skills part time. Shifts include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

As a Membership Ambassador, you will engage prospective members and promote membership value at the Prince George Family YMCA. You will assess needs, provide facility tours, answer telephone inquiries, and build relationships. Administrative work includes program registration, data entry, tracking spreadsheets, and departmental communication.

• Promote membership value and engage prospective members
• Assess member needs and build lasting relationships
• Provide facility tours and handle telephone sales inquiries
• Complete program registration and accurate data entry
• Track spreadsheets and communicate across departments

• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR-C and AED certificate
• Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
• Reliable transit access or a vehicle
• Three satisfactory references and required vulnerable sector screening
