Outbound Business Development Representative

Drive outbound lead generation at Xplor Recreation using strategic discovery, strong communication, and proactive prospect engagement. Flexible work location agreements are available.

As a Business Development Representative, you will identify potential clients and introduce Xplor Recreation’s value to communities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales on targeting, qualification, and pipeline development. The role supports recreation centers, boutique studios, gyms, fitness facilities, childcare centers, and independent personal trainers.

• Call and email targeted prospects about Xplor Recreation
• Conduct discovery conversations and qualify leads for Sales
• Prioritize outbound targeting with Marketing and Sales
• Support inbound demo and follow-up qualification
• Track outreach, qualification efforts, metrics, and goals

• Zero to two years in business development or outbound sales
• Drive to learn, grow, and develop as a sales professional
• Ability to meet outbound activity key performance indicators
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Hub Spot preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
