Paladin Security is seeking a reliable Events Security Supervisor with strong leadership skills. This role focuses on supervising event security and guest services staff, ensuring compliance with venue policies. You will be the primary contact for clients and manage all security-related matters during events. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise event security and guest services teams

• Act as main contact for clients and venue staff

• Conduct pre-event and post-event staff briefings

• Monitor crowd behavior and restricted areas

• Complete incident reporting and post-event documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the security industry

• Advanced Security Training certification

• Valid Basic First Aid Training

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
