Position: Event Security Supervisor with Paladin
Join Paladin Security as an Events Security Supervisor overseeing security operations at various venues. Deliver safe, customer-focused services at concerts, festivals, and community events.

We are looking for an experienced Events Security Supervisor to lead site security operations. This position requires excellent leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage security staff effectively. You will ensure compliance with safety protocols and help create a secure environment, acting as the key liaison among clients and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all security and guest services staff

• Conduct staff briefings on safety and expectations

• Perform equipment check-in and check-out duties

• Maintain constant radio communication during events

• Respond to incidents and resolve guest complaints

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security industry experience

• Advanced Security Training certification required

• Basic First Aid Training certification is needed

• Excellent communication and professionalism

• Authorization to work legally in Canada
