The Relational Security Services Officer upholds the security standards set by Northern Health. This position requires a Grade 12 education and completion of Basic and Advanced Security Training. Ideal candidates will have one year of related experience and possess a valid BC Security Guard License with a handcuff endorsement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enforce security protocols on hospital premises
• Communicate effectively with staff and visitors
• Organize work tasks based on security needs
• Operate security equipment as necessary
• Respond promptly to security incidents
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education completed
• Valid BC Security Guard License held
• One year of related experience required
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech
• Physical capability to perform job duties
