Northern Health seeks a committed Supervisor for its Casual position at GR Baker Memorial Hospital. This role involves managing staff on shift, ensuring adherence to departmental procedures, and maintaining security for individuals and property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership ability and effective communication skills while working under the guidance of the Manager or designate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise staff on shift

• Communicate with Manager on-call as required

• Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures

• Maintain security of individuals and property

• Enforce standards aligned with Team Leader's direction

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and Advanced Security Training Certification

• Three years of related experience, including supervisory experience

• Valid BC Security Guard License with handcuff endorsement

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Physical ability to perform job duties
