Relational Security Officer

Position: Relational Security Officer at Northern Health
Contribute to healthcare safety as a Casual Relational Security Services Officer at GR Baker Memorial Hospital with Northern Health. This role protects the hospital's environment and enforces security procedures.

As a Relational Security Services Officer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining safety standards under the supervision of a manager. Candidates should have completed Grade 12 and recognized security training. Relevant experience of one year, or combination of education and training, is expected with a valid BC Security Guard License with endorsements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security measures at the hospital

• Interact effectively with staff, patients, and visitors

• Organize daily security tasks and responsibilities

• Operate required security equipment efficiently

• Handle crises and security challenges promptly

Requirements:

• Successful completion of Grade 12 education

• Valid BC Security Guard License with handcuff endorsement

• Minimum one year of related security experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Physical fitness to perform security duties
