Northern Health in Canada is seeking an Advisor, Violence Prevention to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. The role works with staff at all levels to strengthen culture of safety and to implement violence prevention initiatives.
The Advisor coordinates and evaluates the Violence Prevention Program, leads train-the-trainer efforts, and conducts Violence Risk Assessments to improve worker safety across sites. Salary ranges from 76,111 to 109,409 CAD per year, depending on qualifications.
