• Provide weekly face to face contact with youth
• Provides one-on-one, strength-based holistic and culturally relevant services to children and youth on assigned caseload.
• Conduct a needs-based assessment with the guardian and care team.
• Support cultural planning and learning and facilitates healthy relations and contact with family and community.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Psychology or Education or significant progress towards obtaining
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in a social service setting
• Experience working in a leadership capacity with youth-at-risk
• Non-violent crisis intervention training
• Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

The target hiring range for this position is $38.58 to $49.97. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
