This role, reporting to the Principal or Vice Principal, requires a Bachelor of Social Work and revolves around building social skills, offering crisis support, and managing community school initiatives. Engage with students, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective programs that address emotional, physical, and social needs of at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support in self-esteem, anger management, and health education
• Develop and evaluate community school programs and services
• Manage budget and draft necessary reports
• Recruit volunteers and coordinate donations
• Liaise with parents to access district services
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work degree
• Two years of experience with vulnerable youth
• Strong communication and evaluation skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Experience in grant writing is desirable
