Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individual support plans

• Engage residents in life skills and community integration

• Respond to emergencies and manage challenging behaviors

• Monitor facility operations and ensure safety

• Provide written reports on client activities

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage crisis situations

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Persons Check

• Current Emergency First Aid Certificate

• Food Safe Level 1 Certification

• Possible vaccination proof as per regulations
