Manager for Independent Living Skills Program

SOURCES seeks a Temporary Manager for the Independent Living Skills Program in Prince George. Your leadership will aid youth development in skills vital for adult life.

In this role, you'll collaborate with staff and oversee the Behaviour Support and Independent Living Skills programs. Ideal candidates possess a bachelor's degree and management experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring youth receive the assistance they need for successful transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quality service delivery of programs

• Engage with clients, parents, and community stakeholders

• Supervise staff and provide professional development

• Ensure adherence to policies and safety regulations

• Collect and maintain comprehensive program records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s level education in social sciences required

• At least 1 year of management experience essential

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License mandatory

• Criminal Records check required
