Employment Consultant

Help clients secure sustainable employment as an Employment Consultant located in Prince George, BC. This role emphasizes client support and job placement while achieving important outcomes.

As an Employment Consultant, you will assist clients by conducting Client Needs Assessments and developing tailored Action Plans.

Your role involves managing client case files and ensuring progress is monitored against these plans. You will also coordinate with partner organizations and connect clients to community resources, fostering their journey to independence and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Client Needs Assessments for eligible clients

• Develop and update individualized Action Plans collaboratively

• Manage assigned client case files in the ICM system

• Monitor client progress and verify engagement levels

• Provide individualized job search and support services

Requirements:

• Experience in case management or similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and build client confidence

• Familiarity with employment services and funding sources

• Willingness to travel within the catchment area
