Tenant Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create personalized support plans

• Collaborate with Social Workers and community service providers

• Assist residents with daily skills and community engagement

• Manage potential emergencies and ensure safety standards

• Document residents’ progress and activities regularly

Requirements:

• Experience in crisis response and managing escalated situations

• Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Persons completion

• Proof of vaccination as mandated by health guidelines

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
