Casual Outreach Worker in BC

In this role, you will provide essential outreach support to clients, assessing their needs and helping them navigate daily life challenges. Your expertise in working with diverse populations, combined with your strong crisis management skills, will allow you to create tailored support plans and facilitate positive outcomes over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process client referrals from CLBC

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs

• Coordinate support plans to address housing and wellness

• Document case notes and progress reports regularly

• Interact with multidisciplinary professionals for client support

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Social Services

• Preferably one year of relevant direct support experience

• Personal vehicle available for client transport

• Successful completion of security checks required

• Strong English communication skills essential
