PRS Community Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans

• Assist with independent living skills and social interactions

• Address and report emergency situations appropriately

• Ensure the maintenance of health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12/GED and relevant diploma

• Clear TB and health certificates

• Current First Aid and CPR training

• Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract

• Criminal Record Check for vulnerable populations
