Join BOXX Modular in Prince George, BC as a Fleet Administrator where you will manage fleet logistics and inspections. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on outdoor tasks.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for organizing vendor relations, maintaining fleet inventory, and ensuring timely inspections across varying weather conditions. Your attention to detail is crucial for managing fleet operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee transportation scheduling and vendor communications
• Maintain daily fleet activity and reporting
• Monitor and ensure quality compliance of fleet units
• Prepare and manage fleet documentation and inventory
• Conduct inspections in outdoor environments
Requirements:
• Proven experience in logistics or fleet management
• Calm in crisis with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP an advantage
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
