Position: Logistics Coordination for Stella-Jones
Be a key player in logistics at Stella-Jones as a Logistics Coordinator, managing transportation and shipments of pole and rail tie products. This position requires strong problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate outbound shipments by truck and rail, monitor order scheduling, and prepare essential shipping documentation using SAP. Collaborating with production teams, you ensure timely dispatches and address challenges effectively. You will also assist with storm response logistics, which includes on-call duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all outbound pole and rail tie shipments

• Schedule timely truck and rail deliveries based on customer needs

• Maintain and track railcar orders and necessary paperwork

• Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation

• Provide status updates and respond to inquiries on shipments

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of logistics or transportation experience

• Rail logistics experience is highly valued

• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is an advantage

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license is essential
