Position: Dispatcher and Service Coordinator Role
Step into a pivotal role as a Dispatcher and Site Service Coordinator with GFL, driving job efficiency while ensuring exceptional service and safety standards.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact between our operations team and clients, managing inquiries and scheduling requests. You will facilitate communication with facility operations and assist the sales team in executing work. Reviewing driver hours and accuracy of work orders will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of customer inquiries and scheduling

• Coordinate equipment and personnel for various jobs

• Communicate waste requirements with facility operations

• Support sales in executing operational work

• Ensure compliance and safety through driver hour reviews

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Prior knowledge of equipment management is a plus

• Class 1 or 3 driver's license is an advantage

• Think quickly and solve problems under pressure

• Commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency
