You will coordinate customer inquiries, schedule jobs, and communicate with internal teams and clients. This position demands exceptional detail orientation and proactive communication as you liaise on facility operations and waste requirements. Your reviews of work orders and driver hours will play a vital role in maintaining our service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control scheduling of customer requests daily
• Coordinate equipment and personnel efficiently
• Address waste supply needs with operational teams
• Aid sales team in effective job execution
• Validate compliance through reviews of operating hours
Requirements:
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with personnel and equipment needs is preferred
• Class 1 or 3 driver license is beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong focus on process improvement and efficiency
