Transit Driver

Position: Full-Time Transit Driver
Drive with purpose as a Full-Time Transit Driver at Keolis in Prince George, BC. Provide safe and reliable transportation to customers while navigating dynamic routes and interacting professionally.

Keolis is seeking committed Transit Drivers for its operations in Prince George. This full-time position requires a valid Class 1 or 2 license with an air brake endorsement and excellent public interaction skills. The role includes ensuring safe driving, managing passenger behavior, and performing well under pressure. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and be organized and punctual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers along assigned routes

• Ensure adherence to traffic laws and company policies

• Load mobility devices and assist customers as needed

• Collect fares and validate passes during service

• Complete vehicle and incident reports when necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or 2 driver’s license with air brake

• Clean driver’s abstract with no more than 3 demerit points

• Proven experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving

• Strong English communication skills required

• Ability to pass medical examinations and security checks
