Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of train services

• Coach and develop unionized employees on safe practices

• Utilize data for operational improvement

• Ensure accurate reporting and manage crew assignments

• Assist Trainmaster during on-site emergencies

Requirements:

• 4 years in a supervisory role

• 3 years of direct railroad experience as a conductor

• Proven background in industrial safety

• High School Diploma and driver’s license mandated

• Certifications such as Certified Conductor or Locomotive Engineer beneficial
