Save-On-Foods, a division of Pattison Food Group Ltd., is seeking a Delivery Driver dedicated to outstanding customer service. You will work closely with the online shopping team, resolve customer inquiries like returns and refunds, and maintain operational excellence. This role requires a clean driver’s abstract, and a full class 5 provincial driver's license, along with a customer service background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver groceries safely using a fully equipped van

• Resolve customer service recovery situations efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the delivery vehicle

• Achieve operational standards in the Online Shopping Department

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid full Class 5 driver's license from BC

• Clean driving record

• Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain

• Customer service experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
