As a Fuel Coordinator, you will support the location Manager, oversee fuel operations, manage safety programs, and promote team training. Align with industry policies and deliver exemplary service as you interact with pilots and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete training and maintain competency on operational equipment

• Lead safety programs and incident response training

• Manage operations communication for the team and pilots

• Review and reconcile fuel control checks and service tickets

• Support on-the-job training for team members

Requirements:

• 2 years of tank farm and jet fuel experience

• Minimum 1 year of management experience

• Valid airside pass and DZ license preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• On-call availability for varying shifts
