Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick-up packages efficiently and safely

• Inspect and report on assigned packages accurately

• Follow Courier Best Practices for operations

• Seek additional business and inform sales of leads

• Operate computerized tracking systems accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Customer service experience preferred (1 year)

• Valid driver's license without major violations

• Bilingual in Quebec (French and English)

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
