The ideal candidate will coach drivers, address complaints, and ensure smooth operations for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling and dispatching of all bus routes

• Counsel and coach drivers and monitors effectively

• Manage heavy phone and radio traffic

• Address driver complaints and relay to management

• Serve as primary contact for contract customers

Requirements:

• 3-5 years dispatch experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of dispatch radio equipment

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Computer literate and able to deliver under pressure
