As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will ensure efficient warehouse functioning, adhere to safety protocols, and manage the inventory to meet project demands. Collaboration with environmental and logistics teams will be key to successfully handling hazardous materials and maintaining accurate shipping records. This role follows a two weeks on, two weeks off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives within warehouse operations

• Ensure adequate staffing and staff training is provided

• Maintain organization of inventory and shipping documents

• Foster communication among project managers and stakeholders

• Drive mentorship and workforce planning initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a warehouse role, mining experience is preferred

• Certification in warehouse management

• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Valid class 5 driver’s license for transportation needs
