As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the efficient functioning of the mine warehouse, ensuring material availability aligns with operational needs. Your leadership will guide and mentor warehouse staff while fostering a strong safety culture. Critical to this role are your skills in logistics, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations ensuring compliance

• Mentor and develop warehouse personnel through training

• Promote a strong safety culture adhering to regulations

• Oversee material receiving, inspection, and shipping activities

• Ensure inventory accuracy via audits and cycle counts

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of warehouse experience

• At least two years in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of inventory control principles

• WHMIS and forklift certification preferred

• Valid Driver’s License
