Shipper Receiver and Inventory Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented Shipper Receiver to coordinate shipping and inventory tasks in a multi-site operation. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and compliance with safety regulations.

In this pivotal role, reporting to the Manager, you will handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, maintain documentation, and oversee inventory organization. Your focus will be on efficiently processing orders, keeping records, and ensuring all materials received meet specifications while adhering to WHMIS and TDG guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery logistics for stock and materials

• Manage inventory issuing based on customer requisitions

• Organize incoming requisitions from multiple sites

• Keep detailed shipping and inventory records

• Conduct routine inspections of operational equipment

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and one year of experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational capability and focus

• Physical capability to fulfill job duties

• Proficient in data entry at 30 w.p.m.
