Your role will focus on effective freight sorting to maintain our high service standards.
This position involves a commitment of 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 2:30 AM to 9:00 AM. You’ll engage in unloading, sorting, and scanning packages to ensure they reach their intended destinations promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload freight from curbside trucks to conveyors
• Sort and categorize freight based on various specifications
• Load packages into linehaul trucks or trailers for distribution
• Preload mail into delivery vehicles efficiently
• Scan all items to verify sorting accuracy
Requirements:
• Specialized education not required
• No prior experience needed, training provided
• Proficiency in English is required
• Ability to adapt to a warehouse setting
• Eagerness to learn operational protocols
