Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate complex patient health issues

• Collaborate with the interprofessional team for patient care

• Provide direct nursing care in emergencies

• Communicate effectively with patients and families

• Maintain a patient-centered care model

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BCCNM registration

• Completion of Emergency & High Acuity specialty program

• Current BLS, ACLS, and other certifications

• Strong assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills

• Ability to prioritize and organize nursing tasks
