Position: On-Call Custodian for Afternoon Shifts
Be a part of School District No. 52 Prince Rupert's custodial team as an On-Call Custodian. This casual role involves afternoon shifts dedicated to maintaining a sanitary environment.

As a Custodian, you will uphold cleanliness through thorough maintenance and manage minor repairs as needed. Flexibility is key, as hours vary, and reporting any unusual circumstances is critical for safety. Afternoon shifts typically run from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, underscoring the need for adaptable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain facilities according to established cleaning schedules

• Conduct minor maintenance as needed during shifts

• Report incidents to Head Custodian immediately

• Work with custodial tools and equipment safely

• Follow all safety regulations per School District and WCB policies

Requirements:

• Grade 10 or equivalent education level

• Building Service Worker Course Certificate preferred

• Minimum one year custodial experience required

• WHMIS Certificate necessary

• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively
