Key Responsibilities:

• Direct maintenance team hiring, performance, and development

• Ensure the execution of preventative maintenance programs

• Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures

• Partner with operations and engineering teams for seamless performance

• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analyses for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of maintenance experience in the industry

• Proven leadership in managing maintenance departments

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Incident Command System training is a plus
