Registered Nurse in Primary Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and ongoing clinical follow-up

• Develop and implement collaborative care plans

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients

• Educate patients and families on relevant health topics

• Foster communication within interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Active registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience

• Valid B.C. Driver's License required

• Commitment to family-centered nursing practice

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
