As an essential member of Northern Health, you will provide nursing care to patients under general supervision. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to assigned patients

• Conduct assessments and document interventions accurately

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Assist with orientation for new staff and students

• Participate in care conferences and report incidents

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Practical Nurse program

• Current registration with BCCNM as an LPN

• Basic cardiac life support certification

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties

• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction
