As a Commodity Inspector 2, you will oversee vessel loading for quality and cargo defects. You will sample railcars and containers according to CFIA standards and prepare samples for analytical testing. The work requires English communication, literacy, numeracy, and shift availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend vessel loading supervision for quality and cargo defects
- Sample railcars and containers according to CFIA standards
- Prepare samples for analytical testing
- Use and maintain required personal protective equipment
- Follow terminal and site-specific safety requirements
- Experience in Inspection, Testing and Certification industry
- English communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work shift work
