Your role will be key in addressing the immediate needs of organizations post-incident.
This independent contractor position requires providing on-site counseling and interventions to various clients navigating traumatic worksite events. You will facilitate recovery processes and help maintain resilience in workplaces post-incident through tailored support strategies. Your efforts will contribute significantly to individual and organizational recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments of crisis situations
• Offer coaching to managers in managing incidents
• Facilitate individual and group debriefings
• Consult with relevant personnel for ongoing support
• Deliver timely interventions during critical incidents
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field like Social Work
• Five years of clinical experience required
• Certification in CISM or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Readiness to accept short-notice referrals
