Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic operators with a valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license. This role involves year-round maintenance duties including operating heavy machinery and executing various winter tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplow trucks and other heavy equipment

• Conduct year-round highway maintenance

• Assist with essential cleaning and repair tasks

• Work outdoors in all weather scenarios

• Support labor operations as directed

Requirements:

• Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

• Ability to perform physically demanding work

• Clear three-year driving history

• Previous snowplow or loader experience desirable
