About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and engineering teams in coordinating day‑to‑day project activities. This role is focused on ensuring engineers are correctly scheduled, briefed, and supported so that project delivery runs smoothly from planning through to on‑site work and follow‑up. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys multitasking, problem‑solving, and keeping complex work streams organised.

You will be central to communication between Project Managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers.

  • Logistics & Preparation: Coordinate materials, documentation, and preparations required for engineers prior to site attendance.
  • Issue Tracking: Flag scheduling conflicts, delays, or resource issues early and help project teams resolve them quickly.
  • Process Support: Assist in improving internal project coordination processes and maintaining high operational standards.
