Job Description:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired
Use a range of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform next steps
Promote independent learning, critical thinking, and a growth mindset
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
Contribute to the wider school community through assemblies, school trips, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 (desirable but not essential)
Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with excellent classroom management and differentiation skills
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
Possess strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Be passionate about lifelong learning, team collaboration, and curriculum innovation
