A warm and inclusive primary school in Princes Risborough is looking for a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
Assist in delivering differentiated lessons under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support the implementation and review of EHCPs alongside staff and external professionals
Use a variety of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience supporting children with SEND in a primary or specialist setting (preferred but not essential)
Patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable supporting personal care and sensory needs when required
Committed to safeguarding, continuous learning, and collaborative working
