• Have a strong desire to work in education and support students in academic and personal growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Adaptable, patient, and proactive, with a positive attitude toward learning.
• Some experience working with children (bonus but not essential).
• Keen to learn and grow in your role and the education sector.
