We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school, where you'll play a key role in helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally during this important stage of their education.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, stimulating, and well‑organised classroom environment that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, using assessment data to inform planning and ensure all learners achieve their potential.
- Prepare pupils for the transition into Upper Key Stage 2 by developing their confidence, independence, and resilience.
- Promote positive behaviour and establish high expectations in line with the school's behaviour policy.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality Key Stage 2 education.
- Committed to supporting every pupil's academic achievement, personal development, and wellbeing.
- A confident and effective classroom practitioner with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experienced in planning and delivering engaging Year 5 or Key Stage 2 lessons that inspire and challenge learners.
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable in their approach to teaching.
- Dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels safe, valued, and supported to achieve their full potential.
