Requirements- 3rd Line Support Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, and Office 365/Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and confident decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
- Customer‑first mindset and exceptional communication skills.
- Friendly, flexible, and team‑oriented approach.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, serving as the main technical escalation point.
- Resolve complex IT issues to ensure minimal disruption to school operations while mentoring 1st and 2nd line colleagues.
- Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support internal networks.
- Deliver staff training as needed.
