Five are proud to be working for a well‑established and unique childcare setting based in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire who are looking to employ a dedicated Room Leader to join their valued and experienced team in providing high‑quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their well‑being and development.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 1 year nursery experience
• Experience in working with children aged 2–5
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough understanding of the EYFS and all statutory requirements
• Good standards of hygiene and safety appropriate for young children

• Manage and supervise children in a nursery setting
• Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting nursery staff
• Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Be passionate about providing a safe and stimulating environment for children
• Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Utilise experience in childcare to create engaging and educational activities
• Demonstrate a caring and nurturing approach towards children
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children
