About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for coordinating service routes for our field experts, tracking chemicals and tools, notifying clients of updates, and adjusting schedules for call‑offs or weather‑related disruptions. You’ll help create contingency plans and maintain seamless communication between the office and the field team.

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll need to manage multiple tasks at once and maintain a positive attitude while handling changing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch route services to our team of field experts.
  • Notify clients of route changes, delays, or updates.
  • Properly assign equipment, tools, and chemicals to field staff based on specific job requirements and service objectives.
  • Implement contingency plans for team call‑offs or weather‑related schedule adjustments.
  • Maintain communication between office staff and field technicians to ensure schedules and updates are clear.
  • Update and maintain accurate records for dispatch logs and equipment tracking.
  • Provide excellent client communication and support as needed.
